Mr. Pomeroy provides overall direction and strategy formulation for Buckle & Bernard Agency Developers. He assists in project team development, matching the needs of the client to the skills of Buckle & Bernard’s team members. Mr. Pomeroy has a deep understanding of both the military and government environments that must be negotiated for contract work. His experience includes contract work for the DIA, NSA, NRO, NGA, CIA, NASA, DOD and others. International work includes contract work for the UN and NATO, among other entities. He has a B.S. from CalPoly, San Luis Obispo and a MBA from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Pomeroy has worked for several architecture, engineering and technology development firms, including LPAS, R.W. Beck (SAIC) and Parsons Corporation.

Ms. DeVeau serves as business development lead and provides project evaluation for Buckle & Bernard Agency Developers. She contributes to strategy formulation and tactical implementation through a deep understanding of the business and political environment of Buckle & Bernard. Bringing operational experience to the project team, coupled with a deep desire to solve detailed problems, Ms. DeVeau has strong project management skills and maintains expertise in developing technologies.

Ms. Black is well versed in the requirements for government contracting and provides strategic and marketing development for Buckle & Bernard Agency Developers. She advises on potential contracting opportunities and develops relationships to further the missions of Buckle & Bernard and our clients.

Mr. Voorhees has been working with Buckle & Bernard since inception and gives the company and Mr. Pomeroy his analysis, viewpoints and strategic advice. He serves as the ethical backbone of the company and ensures all projects comply with the highest standards that have been established for Buckle & Bernard Agency Developers and our clients.
